Aerobix

This is one of our most popular classes. It is an aerobics class which combines low and high intensity movements to the beat of the music. Your body shape, fitness levels, heart and lung function will improve if you do this class. It is easy to follow and is suitable for beginners.

Aerotone

Is a choreography based aerobic workout. It combines use of small hand weights with low and high intensity steps to the rhythm of the music. You will learn a short routine and dance your way to a healthier and fitter you.

Step up

This form of exercise is dynamic and challenging. The class involves stepping on and off a low platform using a variety of movements. Step Up provides a strong cardiovascular workout. It is an excellent workout for all levels.

Aerostep

This is an advanced version of our Step Up class. You will learn a rhythmical dance routine on and around your step. This is a high energy class that always has a great atmosphere.

Total Body Tone 

This class uses a barbell and a platform to perform exercises which work the whole body. It is the ideal class for overall body toning and gaining definition.

Skinny Jeans

Skinny Jeans focuses on your mid-section and lower body to create definition in your tummy, bum and legs. Exercises such as squats, lunges and core work will be used to make you feel stronger and more confident in yourself.

Step Sculpt

This revolutionary new class combines the use of a step and handheld weights. It is a fast paced class that will really challenge your stamina and endurance levels. Step Sculpt is a fun and exciting new way to achieve strong and lean body.

Fitball

Fitballs are an excellent tool which can be used to tone the body and create long and lean muscles. They have the added bonus of requiring constant core control for balance. You can do a full body workout with a fitball with the use of exciting and exciting exercises.

HIIT Circuits

High intensity interval training is a sure-fire way to burn calories and increase strength. You will find squat jumps, burpees and sprints alongside a number of other body weight exercises in this advanced-level class. It is the perfect way to shred body fat and develop muscles whilst also challenging your cardio-vascular system.

HIIT Spin

HIIT Spin is the concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity exercises followed by a brief rest, repeatedly, until almost too exhausted to continue during a spin class. This class is considered an excellent way to maximize a workout that is limited on time.

Tone Zone

This class uses weights to concentrate on those "problem areas" such as the tummy, thighs and arms; whilst also working the hips, chest and back. Low weights with high repetitions is at the core of this class. It is suitable for all levels of fitness. Tone Zone is one of our most popular classes and can be found in abundance on our class list.

RIP 60

This is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build up your strength, joint stability, mobility and fitness levels. The emphasis on core control is an added bonus to this class and you will feel it’s benefits and rewards immediately. All exercises are performed to each individual’s ability and we also offer a ‘Beginner’s RIP:60’ class to introduce you to this challenging technique.

Kettlebell

Kettlebell training is excellent for fat loss and muscle building. Kettlebell movements train the whole body, from the core to the bigger outer body muscles. It is also a great way to improve your cardio-respiratory system and increase the function of your heart and lungs.

Slender Spin 

This is one of our most popular classes. You cycle on a stationary bike, under the direction of a trained instructor and accompanied by music. There will be a mixture of sprints, hill climbs and much more to keep your mind engaged whilst also vigorously challenging your body. It is an excellent fat burner and cardiovascular workout without any impact. We offer 20, 30 and 40 minute classes; with back to back classes in the evenings. We also have a ‘Begin to Spin’ class for beginners. 

Hard - Core

The ‘core’ is made up of the muscles in the trunk of the body, including the tummy, sides and back. Finding strength and stability in the core will benefit your posture, training and physique. You can expect to find an exciting mix of plank variations in this class.

ABS Attack 

The quickest way to achieve that six-pack! This class will concentrate on tightening and toning the tummy area through a variety of exercises such as crunches and twists.

Stretch and Relax 

A class combining the flowing movements of Yoga with the core technique of Pilates. This class will give you amazing results with a stronger and more flexible body. It will improve your posture, relax your muscles and reduce stress.

Old Skool Circuits

This workout combines traditional circuit training that we’ve all done (and loved/hated in the past!) with a modern twist. With pumping music at each session this station based class includes old skool favourites such as bench presses, dips, press ups and sits-up with a modern day favourites including burpees, Kettlebells, RIP60, Barbells, box jumps and more!
